Psychoeducational Workshops

We offer psychoeducational workshops and seminars to facilitate awareness of various topics regarding psychological health and wellbeing. Our team has supported organizations such as ACLU via People Power, University of San Diego, the military, the National Football League, and local law firms. We are currently working with the Los Angeles Chargers and the Psychiatry & Psychotherapy Podcast teams to raise awareness about resiliency and ADHD, respectively. We are also working closely with the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) via the United States Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton and Procopio Law Firm to support organizational mental health. Topics have included mindfulness, disarming racial microaggressions, psychological health during a pandemic, child and adolescent mental health, parent psychoeducational workshops (the development of the mind of a child; the development of psychological agency; reflective parenting), learning disabilities, ADHD, resiliency and mental toughness, psychological development over the lifespan, understanding and managing disruptive behaviors in children, as well as special education advocacy within the public school system.
